Who is this course for?
The Police Rope Access course is aimed at police officers who may be required to supervise or refresh their colleagues whilst using rope access procedures such as specialist search teams or fire arms teams.
Prerequisites
Due to the physical nature of the course, candidates must have a reasonable level of fitness and will be required to complete a self-declaration of fitness to train, (if unsure, please contact us), the minimum age for candidates is 18 years,
Must have completed the Rope access operator course and have a record of operational use.
This course is specifically aimed at rope access supervision and as such requires a good foundation level of skill in basic rope access techniques.

Lectures and practical elements. The course assessment is by short written test and a heavy emphasis on continuous practical assessment.
