Who is this course for?

Persons previously CONSAR qualified and required to attend a 3 yearly refresher. This course will contain a working at height refresher module. Attendees on completion will be expected to enter confined spaces or work at height, and may be appointed to carry out top-man (entry point controller) duties within managed operations or sites.

Prerequisites

Candidates must have attended a CONSAR 3 day course or other recognised Confined Space course (will be considered). The minimum age for candidates is 18 years.

Course content

• Course content will be as per CONSAR course syllabus with reduced timescales to reflect attendee’s previous knowledge but will include any legislation, procedural or equipment updates.
• The course should be a refresher of knowledge and skills but attendees must complete written and practical assessments to verify learning.
