Terms & Conditions
A contract between you and RIG Systems Ltd for the purchase of our products will exist once we confirm your order via email. The formation of this contract will be deemed complete and your confirmation of it will be deemed received at the time and date of the sending of the email, regardless of whether, for reasons outside of our control, you have not received that email. The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you and RIG Systems Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel the contract between you and RIG Systems Ltd for any reason upon giving written notice to RIG Systems Ltd within 7 days of the date of the contract. If you cancel within this time you will be refunded any payments made in full. You will be required to return to RIG Systems Ltd any products sent to you under any contract you have cancelled. The products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
