Tendering & PQQS (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires)

• On all tenders, and in all Health & Safety Questionnaires, you are asked to state who your advisors are and what their qualifications are.
• Under to retention arrangement you will be able to state that Rig Systems are your appointed advisors.
• We will be delighted to confirm this to anyone who asks.

Annual Audit & Review Meeting

We feel at Rig Systems that in order to provide the best possible service, we must have regular and structured contact with our clients. We will arrange an annual review meeting, at your or our premises, whichever you prefer; in order to discuss:

• Any updates need to your Health & Safety Management System.
• Review your current safety standards.
• Any targets for the following year.
• Accidents that may have occurred and any actions needed to prevent reoccurrence.
• New Technology that may be available.
• A company training needs analysis.
• Any concerns with your Health & Safety.

Updated Health and Safety Management System

• It is a legal requirement that your Health & Safety Policy is kept up-to-date.
• We will review your Policy for your every year, following our annual meeting.
• There may be changes in legislation that affect your company, or we may have to alter other aspects of your safety arrangements.
• We will guarantee that we will update your policy within one month of our annual review meeting.
• You will no need to ask us to update your policy; we will take care of it.

Free Monthly Newsletter and Safety Alert by Text

• Health & Safety moves fast, our monthly newsletter will enable you to say up-to-date with the latest news. We gather the latest information from HSE, ISOH, and Construction News.
• WE will email the newsletter directly to you in a printable version so it can be sent out to your employees or displaying.
• If we feel you need to be aware of an important safety issue we will text you a safety alert to your mobile phone and follow this up with an email.

Access to free telephone advice

• If you or any of your employees has a safety query, just call us at the office and we will be able to get a safety professional to answer your query.
• If we can answer your query straight away, then we will, otherwise we will research until we have found a satisfactory solution.
• We state in your policy that all employees have access to this service. We encourage our clients to distribute our phone number to all of your site staff.

Free management of your Training Matrix

• It is important to keep records of training that you have carried out for your organisation.
• Managing this matrix efficiently will ensure that you are not wasting money by letting training expire, and that nobody gets forgottent.
• We can help you to create a training matrix which will identify who needs to do what, and when it needs renewing.
